Two Boys is a small but dynamic creative agency based in Soho. We pride ourselves on being a ‘yes’ agency, who find solutions for our clients and make their lives as easy as possible whilst also creating exciting and innovative designs that they love.
For the past 8 years we’ve worked with clients across many sectors, including not-for-profit, professional services, health and well-being, education and property.
At Two Boys we provide fresh, conceptual thinking and creative delivery of print and digital projects. We need you to help us make it all happen smoothly.

what’s the job.

We are looking for someone who is quick to learn and great with people to join our team. If you’re interested in branding and marketing, enjoy building relationships and juggling lots of projects, this is the job for you.
You’ll be busy managing lots of projects for our clients, but there is always time for fun. We have regular team lunches and outings, as well as the opportunity to attend regular events in our co-working office space.
As we are a small team there is a real opportunity to make this role whatever you want it to be, we value proactive people who bring ideas to the table.
Your primary responsibility is to effectively manage relationships with our key clients by responding to their creative briefs, meeting specific requests, and maintaining regular communication throughout each project lifecycle.
This is a highly collaborative role, you’ll be communicating with our clients, and working closely with the Creative Director, the Production Director and our designers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

what you’ll be doing.

  • Build, maintain, and foster long-term relationships with our key clients
  • Manage client expectations through clear communication, responding quickly to their questions and problems
  • Work with our clients to develop a clear brief for each creative project
  • Make sure the requirements of the brief have been met by design team
  • Create a project plan for each project within Monday.com and ensure it is kept updated with deadlines and key milestones
  • Provide clients with updates throughout the project
  • Ensuring client feedback is collated for the design team to action, and proofing projects before sending back to clients
  • Manage the delivery of the project to ensure deadlines are met
  • Manage multiple creative projects throughout their life cycles

  • Review output to ensure our work meets the clients objectives and is free of errors
  • Advise clients on ideas for their social media channels and occasionally create visual posts using templates
  • Occasionally work on copy for client social media or other assets
  • Manage social media content for Two Boys account
  • Edit content for clients in website CMS software
  • Edit content in email software, such as Mailchimp
  • Assisting on location for film shoots
administrative.
  • Diary management for the team
  • Ad-hoc admin duties
  • Researching for pitches or development of ideas for clients
  • Background research, locations, props and other items for film projects

the skills and experience you’ll need.

  • Great communication skills, the ability to be charming and manage clients even when they are being challenging
  • High level of organisation and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail in proofreading and checking work
  • Pride in your work – we care about our clients and their projects
  • Working knowledge of project management systems, such as Monday.com and Slack
  • Working knowledge of Mailchimp or other email software and WordPress for managing web content
  • Some experience of marketing or branding either in your education or your work experience
  • Interest in the design and creative industry (you don’t need to have worked for an agency before)
  • Quick to learn – we do lots of different things, we’ll show you what to do and you’ll need to pick it up quickly
  • Curiosity – ask questions, learn about our clients and stay on top of industry trends

salary.

  • £25-32,000 depending on experience
